Shipping and Returns

Online orders are made to order and will be shipped within 5-7 working days. 

Every piece is designed and crafted by hand. Any unevenness in texture or embroidery is not a defect but a characteristic of the handwoven and part of the process. 

Any product may be returned if unused, unwashed and undamaged. We are happy to provide an exchange. The cost of return or exchange is to be borne by the customer. We accept return within 15 days.
